mm..second day le..And today is a VERY SPECIAL day!! haha..dun want to tell u guys why..HAHA~~i'm so evil! woke up at 5.15 today..that is very early..coz xueling's dad is driving us there ma..so have to wake up very early..went to coffee shop and have my breakfast..den my training start le..
PT..conducted by sir alvin..was a very tiring one..we ran 2.4 leh..and my shoulders so pain can..den ended up..i was the last one to reach the school -.-
Den..we have to present our os lor..After that was lecture by sir pt..the same topic as the last training de..
Den went to change down and have our footdrills session..haha..everyone have to take turn to shout commands..haha..not bad lar..
After that..went coffee shop and have our lunch..went home around 3 plus ba..
Had a nap too..very tired leh..i miss him alot can~~ and dunno why..out of a sudden..i had a FLU!! was sneezing from yesterday until now lor..now still sneezing..maybe is someone think of mie too much le.. LOL!!..
wa~ quite a long post today leh..not bad leh...improving..haha..
